I would like to have a meeting. As admins' we all need to reenforce (sp) the rules, especially the ones about posting once/weekly, and the monthly check in. All the admins' I believe, have checked in for July, and Demeymisto has checked in. No one else has. What can we do about that?
I'm open to suggestions. I don't want to lose my patience with anyone here, but everyone MUST follow all rules.
I've got an idea. How about we open up more than one board? That maybe would give people an incentive to come to the board. No offense or anything, but it seems to me that right now there's very little reason to check in seeing as nothing is happening.
Now I know this isn't going to solve all of the problems, but it's a start anyways.

And the discussions... they don't really entice people at all. I don't know if you've notice, but the staff are pretty much the only people to post there. The people sign up for RPs, not for discussions, so they're not going to go out of their way to discuss, especially since the topics are rather irrelevant or trivial and most of the RPers are rather busy people.
And I'm not going to open up an RP here unless you ask me to. It's your board, I'm not going to go opening up whatever RP I feel like. That's like... anarchy.
